Job Introduction

What’s on offer:

 As part of our continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Director of Client Services to maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients and to create opportunities to expand and grow the business both directly and organically.   

 What you’ll be doing:

 Having already developed in impressive network of contracts within the industry, you’ll develop and create relationships with existing and new clients, with a view to expand Woodgate & Clark in line with our growth plans, through obtaining new business. 

 You’ll appreciate and understand the importance of effective client relationships, and through regular review meetings you’ll ensure client satisfaction and maintenance of service level agreements across the business are met and exceeded wherever possible.

 Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for  

  • Devise and deliver presentations and training to develop market awareness of the service, industry knowledge and USP of Woodgate & Clark to enhance brand image and company profile.
  • Manage and review management information, to support individual accounts and client relationships.  
  • Review and develop marketing literature and promotional material both physical and cyber to enhance Company profile. 
  • Establish marketing events with clients and their employees to develop industry networks and build relationships.
  • Conduct internal staff liaison including branch visits, meetings and briefings, to develop brand awareness and service provision. 
  • Act as an interface between Woodgate & Clark and client teams including the cascading of operational information and controls.
  • Facilitate compliance for client audit requirements with internal colleagues.
  • Provide support to the CII and CILA with committee attendance and events, for development of industry changes, awareness, influence and best practice in the industry
  • to include sitting on committees and attending various events. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at all times and highlight any contravention 
  • Uphold Woodgate & Clark Ltd Code of Business Conduct at all times. 

About you:

 We’re looing for a recognised profile within the Loss Adjusting Industry, combined with a strong operational background.  Previous Client Relationships skills at a high level will be essential to excel in this rare opportunity, coupled with ACII and/or ACILA qualification. 

Additionally, we’d like you to have/be: 

  • A track record of delivering high-quality services to clients
  • The ability to forge long lasting client relationships
  • A thorough understanding of client requirements and can translate into operational requirements and controls
  • Great communication skills, able to give clear direction to the business on agreed client SLA’s
  • Skilled in maintaining the status quo between client and W&C     
  • Knowledge and experience to identify and share industry trends that impact on service and business
  • Foresight to recommend improvements on customer strategy
  • Able to manage any client concerns on service delivery, finding workable solutions for all parties
  • Competent use of technology, MS packages including PowerPoint
  • A pragmatic mindset, from both a client and business perspective
  • Exceptional leadership skills

  • Able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently
